Where are you based?

Inahumanworld.com is a division of Viamana, LLC, a Delaware company.

Do you charge sales tax?

We do not collect sales tax.

How does shipping work? 

Shipping is free on all purchases. To serve you better and get the best prices, we may ship your items separately. Some items may ship internationally, therefore please allow 7-20 business days for your order to be delivered in full. We only ship to the US.

How can I track my order? 

When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don't receive the email or need us to resend it, just contact us and we'll send it out again.

What is your return policy?

In most cases, you can request a return up to 14 days from the date you receive your package, as long as the items are in the same condition you received them. Just email us at support@inahumanworld.com, and we'll guide you through our simple returns process. If your item is damaged or defective, we'll be happy to replace or refund your order.
