Returns Policy

Regular Returns

You can request a return up to 14 days from the date you receive your package, as long as the items are in the same condition you received them. Simply contact us at support@inahumanworld.com and we'll provide you with a domestic address and instructions on how to send your return. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and we will issue a full refund via the payment method that was used to purchase the goods. We reserve the right to refuse late returns or items that are not in their original condition.

Holiday Return Policy

Items purchased between Black Friday and Christmas Eve can be returned until January 10th, or up to 14 days from the date you receive your package, which ever is later. Just follow the return instructions above. Items must be in their original condition to be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse late returns or items that are not in their original condition.

Items Damaged in Transit

If an item is damaged in transit, you must contact us at support@inahumanworld.com within 3 business days of receiving the damaged item. We will make arrangements to have the item returned to us and either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Defective Items

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at support@inahumanworld.com so that we can assist you. Time frames for refunds on faulty goods will vary from product to product.

Items that Cannot be Returned

Any item marked as Final Sale cannot be returned unless the item is damaged in transit or defective.
